The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has advised the Council that amended fees for Planning applications across NI will take effect as of 31 May 2024. The amended Planning (Fees) Regulations (NI) 2015 will apply a one-year inflationary uplift of approximately 4% across all fee categories. The Planning Portal has been updated accordingly.
