These initiatives also support the promotion of Newry, Mourne and Down as a vibrant and rewarding place to live and work.

Eligibility Criteria
Participant Eligibility
Participants must:
- Be a resident of, or employed within, the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council area.
- Be aged 18 years or over.
- Be in full-time or part-time employment.
Business Eligibility
Businesses must:
- Be located within the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council area.
- Have identified progression routes within the organisation.
- Expect vacancies that could be filled through upskilling existing employees.
Employees put forward by businesses must:
- Be aged 18 years or over.
- Be in full-time or part-time work.
- Have a clear progression route in their current role that needs a new skill or qualification.
